What to Bring and What’s Already at Night Owl
Planning your stay at Night Owl Craft Retreat? Whether you’re joining us for a weekend getaway or a weekday crop, we want to make sure you arrive fully prepared and ready to create. Below is a helpful packing list so you can plan ahead, avoid overpacking, and enjoy your time crafting without stress.
What to Bring with You
Since we offer a self-serve, no-frills crafting experience for up to 8 guests you will want to bring your own craft supplies, projects, personal items and food and snacks.
Crafting Essentials:
- Your crafting projects to work on
- Crafting supplies and specialty tools you prefer to use
- Additional extension cords or power strips (we do have a few extension cords in the front closet, but bring your own if you need more)
- Your favorite crafting chair cushion or back support (our Bungee Chairs are really comfy, but we know preferences vary)
- Any other crafting essentials required for an amazing time
Personal Items:
- Clothing and pajamas (bonus points if your group matches!)
- Slippers
- Toiletries
- Medications
- Phone chargers and personal electronics (we don’t have a TV, so some like to watch their iPads while crafting)
- Bedding if you prefer your own pillow (we provide all bedding and pillows, but you’re welcome to bring extras)
- Snacks or meals (more on that below)
Food & Drinks:
- Food and snacks for the weekend
- Water, pop, coffee (K-Cups) or your favorite drink (you can drink our well water from the tap or bring bottled water if you prefer. We also have a water filter pitcher in the refrigerator to use for the coffee machine)
- Paper plates and plastic utensils if you’d rather spend less time washing dishes and more time crafting
- We’re close to plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores if you want to dine out or grab takeout
